Fees

My standard hourly rate is £250.

Court attendance ½ day £600 or full ay £800 

Average Guilty Plea Motoring case which would include 1/2 day attendance at court, pre court meeting and 2 hours case preparation Capped at £1200.*

Milage rate 0.45p

I offer fixed fee and Capped fee work after an initial appraisal of the complexity of your case.

After review of your case I may offer Conditional Fee Agreements ( No win no fee)

*Any fees estimate provide by me is an indication pending the full disclosure of your case and dependant on you providing documentation for assessing your case. 

My charges are primarily based on an estimate of the time which should be spent on your case, the complexity and urgency of your case and the time taken to meet with you, take instructions, process documents, and maintain a file on your case.   I do not employ anyone else and will be solely responsible for your case. 

My fees estimate will be contained in your Client Care letter and is conditional upon; 

• My existing knowledge of your case and the facts and issues as at the date the estimate was provided to the client.
• I may not be able to offer a capped price estimate until I have been able to form a complete view of your case and the complexities involved.   This may be after work has commenced. 
• If your case changes once work has started I will provide a revised fee estimate.
