Transport Training

Practical training delivered by people who understand the industry

Training is a core part of what we do.

KP Legal provides specialist training to transport operators, Transport Managers, drivers, passenger assistants and organisations responsible for commissioning or delivering transport services.

Our training covers both passenger and commercial transport and includes Operator Licensing Awareness Training (OLAT), Transport Manager refresher training, operator compliance, tachographs, maintenance systems, wheelchair restraint and accessible transport, passenger assistance and bespoke transport and regulatory training.

More Than 30 Years in Transport

KP Legal is led by Kerry Pepperell, who brings more than 30 years of practical experience within the transport industry.

Her background includes experience as a company director and Transport Manager before qualifying as a solicitor. She has subsequently advised and represented transport operators and hauliers and developed extensive experience in criminal, motoring, transport and regulatory law.

Kerry's experience is complemented by a team bringing specialist legal knowledge and practical transport expertise, enabling KP Legal to draw upon different skills and experience according to the work being undertaken.

That combination of transport, law, regulation and practical operational experience is at the heart of what we do.
